Me llamo Andrea y soy profesora de inglés con 6 años de experiencia enseñando a estudiantes de diferentes edades y niveles, desde adolescentes que necesitan apoyo escolar hasta adultos que quieren mejorar su fluidez para el trabajo o viajes. Durante estos años he aprendido que cada alumno es único y que la mejor manera de aprender inglés es adaptando las clases a las necesidades, intereses y objetivos de cada persona.
Mis clases son dinámicas y personalizadas, combinando gramática, vocabulario, lectura, escritura y, sobre todo, expresión oral, porque considero que la práctica real es la forma más efectiva de ganar confianza y soltura en cualquier idioma. Me gusta que mis alumnos participen activamente, haciendo preguntas, practicando conversación y aplicando lo aprendido a situaciones cotidianas o académicas, de manera que lo que estudian tenga un sentido práctico y útil.
Además, creo que aprender un idioma no solo se trata de memorizar reglas, sino de desarrollar confianza y motivación. Por eso trabajo con ejercicios interactivos, juegos, material audiovisual y recursos modernos que hacen que cada clase sea entretenida y provechosa. También doy seguimiento individual, revisando el progreso de cada alumno y ajustando el plan de estudio según sus avances y dificultades.
Tengo experiencia en preparación de exámenes oficiales, refuerzo escolar, conversación para adultos y apoyo en tareas. Mis alumnos aprenden no solo inglés académico, sino también vocabulario y expresiones que les permiten comunicarse con naturalidad en la vida real. Me siento especialmente satisfecha cuando mis alumnos empiezan a hablar con seguridad y a disfrutar de aprender inglés, superando la frustración o miedo inicial que muchos sienten.

I always begin the classes with a warm-up activity. This may be a speaking exercise or a game practicing topics, grammar studied in the previous class. It may be a similar type of activity, but as a way to intriduce the topic or grammar focus (for example) for today's class. Then we will present the topic/Grammar point for the class and read/listen to an example and discuss the vocabulary, structures. Then we will practice the new knowledge we have in a useful activity to produce language similar to the modal example. Then we will finish the class with another speaking activity or game, practicing something we have learnt in class. Over the classes, we try to practice all the key skills; listening, reading, writing, speaking and Grammar.
