BIENVENID@ a mi perfil, soy Rodrigo Galarreta de Miguel, nací y crecí en una pequeña ciudad del norte de España en 1990, donde cursé mis estudios de Educación Física tras mi paso por varias disciplinas deportivas (fútbol, basket, triatlón...) y comencé a transmitir lo aprendido para que otras personas pudieran beneficiarse de ello. Entrenando a equipos de diferentes edades descubrí la importancia de cuidar nuestro cuerpo y es por ello que mi enfoque inicial de competición fue dando paso al del ejercicio terapéutico, cursando mis estudios de Fisioterapia, para dar un sentido de salud y bienestar a la práctica deportiva. Viví en varios lugares de Europa donde pude desarrollar mis habilidades de comunicación en otros idiomas, al mismo tiempo que continuaba tanto mi formación como mi desempeño profesional en el ámbito de la salud y el ejercicio. Soy un firme defensor de las increíbles capacidades humanas y es por ello que ofrezco mi conocimiento, experiencia y profesionalidad al servicio de tu bienestar, para que puedas conseguir, de forma divertida y accesible, MEJORAR TU ESTADO DE SALUD.
