About me

Friendly English tutor with more than ten years teaching experience.

Hello! My name is Darran and I have been a teacher for the last ten years, specialising in online teaching for the last five years. I have a BA in Visual Communication from the University of Central England and I also hold a TESOL qualification. I like my classes to be quite structured, working from books, which allow us to cover all of the skills required to help the student become a confident English speaker. Even though my lessons do take place within a formal structure they are fun and lively and there are lots of chances for both myself and the student to discuss unforseen topics.
