Canadian English Teacher with 4+ years of experience

Hi! My name is Mandela and I am a Canadian currently living in Germany. One of my greatest passions in life is teaching! For the past 4.5 years I have been teaching in many facets including after school programs, private math and english tutoring, group tutoring on behalf of Mid America Christian University, and much more. As a high school student I offered tutoring services in both Math and English. Helping students who were both younger and older practice their skills and increase their grades. I have also worked with after school programs to help English Second Language students practice their English outside the pressures of a classroom. Additionally, as a student athlete in the United States I worked for my University as an on campus math and English tutor. I helped individuals and small groups complete homework, sharpen their skills, and gain confidence, to improve their knowledge and grades. Now living abroad in Germany my goal is to use my experience to help people of all skill levels learn and improve their English. I love working with people, building a relationships, and helping individuals of all walks of life achieve whatever language goals they set for themselves. I look forward to working with you and I can't wait to get started!
