In May 2018 I arrived in Spain. I lived with a Spanish family, teaching English to children and exchanging language and culture. I have realized that the most important thing to learn English is fluency and pronunciation; Therefore, my classes, instead of being only focused on grammar, will be focused on speaking and listening, correcting the most common mistakes. The organization of the class can be planned during the first half hour of the test according to your different needs. It can be an hour of conversation, where I correct all the errors in pronunciation and teach typical English expressions, or something more structured can be planned, focused on specific topics.

Increasing your language capabilities improves your chances of making international connections, heightens the quality of your resume and increases brain function while you learn a new skill. But if you’re here, you already know that! My name is Lakota. I am from the U.S., specifically from the state of Colorado. I studied in the state of North Carolina and received an Associates Degree in Language and Arts. I have been teaching English in Barcelona and Andalucía for some years, and it’s been a wonderful journey. I provide interesting lessons that make practicing English fun and easy. I specialize my classes in: • Conversation • Speaking • Listening • Reading • Comprehension I have experience in test preparation and I am always happy to provide specialized lessons in grammar. I have taught all levels and ages of students, although my online course is uniquely prepared and focused for adults/adolescents, or children with a higher level.
