Bonjour, Je m'appelle Hayat, j'ai 26 ans et je suis assistante de langue française. J'ai un master en études hispaniques et j'ai deux ans d'expérience dans le service client en espagnol. J'enseigne également l'arabe et la darija, c'est-à-dire la langue parlée au Maroc. Grâce à ma patience et à ma persuasion, je peux créer une impression positive auprès de mes étudiants. • Can I cancel a booking?

• How do I pay for the lesson?
