I work for an international mining company as a Strategic Planning and Innovation Director. I spend a lot of time preparing financial and commercial strategies, financial budgets and board meeting presentations. I have to make presentations in English on a regular basis and I've always had trouble finding an English teacher who has enough of an understanding to help me both with my English and the business side {all of the technical terminology}. Teacher Eddie is the only English teacher that I've found who can help with the very technical nature of the financial documents and he understands my requirements. He has a very detailed knowledge of business and he knows how to explain things to me. My understanding in business meetings has increased a lot and I have a new level of confidence when I go into business meetings.

Hello, my name is Mari, I live in Melbourne and I've been having on line business English classes with Eddie since June this year. Eddie is very professional and well organised and he's given me a great syllabus to work from so that I can make consistent improvements with my English. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
