So often improvisation and exploration are triggers to make learning a little more flexible and for the student to find what they want to say with their instrument. The way we use our body when playing is another very important point. I am an Alexander Technique teacher, and this is another point that runs through my classes. I adapt to the student's needs in terms of what repertoire they want to play. I am Latin, I am interested in sharing folkloric music from my country, tango and Brazilian choros if the student wishes.
