Hello everyone! Are you ready to know a bit about me? After finishing my degree in Business Administration I decided to move to the UK to work as an Au Pair. For about two years I lived with a lovely British family in a cosy, welcoming home in which to improve my level of English. This experience allowed me to explore another country, another culture and meet people from all over the world. Later on I did a master's degree in Human Resources and different courses to be able to teach languages. I have also volunteered for an NGO in the UK. I love traveling and reading, and I always have my suitcase ready to make the most of any opportunity that presents itself. I consider myself responsible, hardworking, open-minded and empathic with others. I currently work in a primary school in LONDON (the city where I live) with children from different countries and cultural backgrounds, as well as with a wide variety of special learning and emotional needs. I have also been working since 2016 as a private tutor teaching English, Spanish as a school subject and Spanish as a Foreign Language both face-to-face and online. The way I normally structure my lessons is as follows: - Time for questions about previous lessons in order to clarify concepts, resolve doubts, repeat points that are not clear, etc. - Presentation of the learning objective for the day. - Explanation - Written activities - Oral activities / games to activate what the student has been learning during the session. However, I always ADAPT my classes to the needs of each student and I never follow recipes. I create a fun and relaxed atmosphere that makes the student feel comfortable quickly.
