Electrical engineer with 550+ lessons teaches Python, C++ and CS to teens and adults
Hi, I'm Usamah 👋 I'm an electrical engineer and I've taught more than 550 one-to-one online lessons.
I teach two things. Programming: Python and C++, from your first line of code through to projects that actually run. And electronics: circuits, Arduino, STM32 and MATLAB. Electronics is my own field. I've built drones, flight avionics and PCB designs, so when I explain how a circuit or a microcontroller behaves, I'm describing something I've put together on a bench rather than something I read in a book.
My lessons work the same way every time. We start with whatever is confusing you, I explain one idea at a time using screen sharing and a real example, then you try it yourself while I watch and correct as you go. You finish each lesson having built something small that works.
I won't do your coursework for you, and honestly that's the point. My job is to make sure you understand it well enough to do it yourself, and to handle the next question after that one.
I work with secondary school students, university students in engineering and computer science, and adults learning to code from scratch. Starting from zero is completely normal, and so is feeling behind everyone else 🙂
In our first lesson we'll talk about your level, what you find difficult, and where you want to get to. Then we'll agree a plan and a regular time that suits you.
