Hello hello, ABOUT ME: My name is Tyra, I live in Belize which is a lush country in Central America, located along the coast of the Caribbean Sea. I love traveling, baking, and swimming. BACKGROUND: I was an assistant office manager before switching over to teaching, as a child I always knew I wanted to be a teacher and English was always my best subject in school. I have been teaching for over 4 years now and in 2022 I got TEFL-certified. EXPERIENCE: In the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching a diverse range of students, from ages 6 to 70. My experience spans various topics, including foundational skills like the ABCs and 123s, as well as Business English, exam preparation, and job interview coaching. WHY ME? I focus my lessons and teaching style on the needs of my students, you will be taught effectively with patience, and I will ensure we do our best every lesson to accomplish your learning goals.
