About me

"Hey there! I'm Laura, a TEFL-certified English tutor from Cameroon, where both English and French are official languages — so I truly understand what it feels like to navigate between languages and I know exactly where learners get stuck! I have 2 years of experience helping adults and professionals achieve their English goals, whether that's acing the IELTS exam, communicating confidently in business settings, or crushing a job interview in English. My classes are never one-size-fits-all. I tailor every session to your specific goals, your pace, and your learning style — because what works for one person doesn't always work for another. One of my students once told me that after just a few sessions, they finally stopped being afraid to speak English at work. That's exactly the kind of transformation I live for! 🎯 If you're an adult or professional who is serious about leveling up your English — whether for your career, an exam, or just to speak more confidently — then we are going to make a great team. I can't wait to meet you. Let's get started! 😊"
