My qualification as a teacher was achieved through TEFL Academy, GA Level 5 Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) through The TEFL Academy, Added to my resume are 2 short courses I completed, namely, Mindfulness in Children as well as Teaching English with Yoga to young Learners. I found my passion for teaching from having taught and trained the staff at my previous employment in the Insurance sector of the business world, since 2004. In doing so, it taught me that preparation is key to teaching success.
My approach and methods of teaching is based solely on the needs on my learner. Each learner is different, in that they learn and comprehend differently, therefore my teaching approach must and will change accordingly. I will go beyond the call of duty, exceed expected levels
Lessons with me will be fun, filled with activities suited to the various ages and needs. I love using props, videos, recordings, books and pictures available to bring home the lesson.
