Profesional es una buena definición para Samira, porque es de destacar la profesionalidad que tiene para enseñar, Uno puede quedarse completamente tranquilo que siempre tendrá la clase que corresponda bien preparada, y eso es realmente lo que uno busca con los profesores online ya que la informalidad abunda. La seriedad y la paciencia con la que se toma su trabajo hacen mucha diferencia entre ella y otros profesores. Otra evidente ventaja es que es Alemana nativa y que vivió muchos años en Argentina con lo que su alemán es perfecto y su español también, no cabe la posibilidad de desentendimiento. Me gustan sus clases principalmente porque no solo me enseña la parte formal del idioma, sino también como se habla hoy y cuales son las frases y palabras más usadas. Creo que estudiar Alemán con un nativo tiene muchas ventajas para aprender el idioma.

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:

- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
