Online personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 4 years experience.

My name is Robert Moir, and I've been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for over 4 years. I work with predominantly men and women who have spent their lives struggling to get on top of their health and fitness goals. People who have fallen in and out of fad diets and poor exercise programs, with little to show for it. With an evidence-based background, and a client-led approach, I arm my clients with all the knowledge they need to be successful in the pursuit of their goals without me.
