I am a Mexican Trainer with more than 25 years of experience as a facilitator and trainer in Intercultural Competence to individuals, groups and families. I design and conduct training programs on Cultural Awareness, Cross Cultural Communication, English as a Second Language and Spanish as a Foreign Language. I hold a master degree in International Business from the Manchester Metropolitan university in UK; I am a certified professional in Training Design and Training Delivery; a certified ESL Trainer; a certified Spanish as a Foreign Language Trainer, I have also earned different diplomas such as Intercultural Communication; International Leadership and Organizational Behaviour.
