Hello. My name is Ellen and I am from the beautiful country of South Africa. I am a certified English teacher with a 120 hour TEFL Certificate. My native language is English and I am currently actively learning Swedish as my second language. I have 1 year experience of teaching English offline and 6 months experience of teaching English online. During my spare time, I enjoy taking walks, watching sunsets and bonding with nature. I also have experience in the Hospitality sector and I have taught students working in fields such as: - Sales administration - Customer Service - Marketing - Project Management - Law - And more. I love observing my students improve their grammar, spelling articulation , vocabulary, pronunciation and most of all conversational English. I am gentle, patient and observant. Please feel welcome to make mistakes as I believe we learn from them. 😊 My teaching materials that I use include: - PDF file - Text Documents - Image files - Articles and news - Quizzes - Test templates and examples - Homework Assignments My teaching styles include TPR (Total Physical Response) where body language, facial expressions and emotional reactions are used to help the learning process.
