Hello, My name is Nabih, I am a dedicated professional, with a solid background in translation and psychology. I have always been passionate about psychology and human behavior and from a very young age I wanted to study them. But before that, I pursued my other passion, languages, and studied translation and interpretation. I am trained in clinical and cognitive psychology, as well as in psychoanalysis. I advocate a holistic approach that takes into account the needs of the client and does not focus on a single technique, but rather takes advantage of different currents of psychology and coaching to achieve well-being. I think it is very important to give ourselves the space and time to feel our emotions and verbalize our thoughts, to put some order in the 'black box' that the brain is.
