Laureato in Scienze Agrarie nel 1987 – Libero Professionista, da oltre 30 anni svolgo lezioni/ripetizioni di Matematica, Fisica, Chimica a studenti delle scuole secondarie di primo e secondo grado (scuola media, tutti gli Istituti Tecnici, Professionali e Licei).
Ciao. Nel corso della mia vita professionale ho sempre coltivato, a latere, la passione per l’insegnamento aiutando studenti di tutte le età a superare i loro timori e le loro lacune nelle materie scientifiche (matematica soprattutto ma anche fisica chimica e altre materie ad impronta scientifica).
L’approccio che ritengo migliore è quello di: mettere a fuoco l’obiettivo che si vuole raggiungere, contestualizzare l’argomento specifico nel quadro generale, affrontare “amichevolmente” la materia, fissare le competenze acquisite con alcuni esercizi mirati; lo studente avrà quindi modo, senza fretta, di far sue le nuove conoscenze e padroneggiare la materia affrontata.
Per ottenere i migliori risultati sono solito preparare ogni lezione prima di effettuarla, con materiali ed esercizi specifici: per questo motivo preferisco conoscere in anticipo (da 24 a 36 ore prima della lezione) l’argomento o la lista di argomenti che si vogliono affrontare. Per le lezioni online uso anche una tavoletta grafica in modo da dare allo studente una “impronta visiva”, oltre che formale, dell’argomento trattato, a volte coinvolgendo esempi della vita di tutti i giorni che facciano comprendere l’utilità di ciò che si sta studiando.
Tale approccio è servito, ad esempio, a portare un mio allievo affetto da DSA dalla seconda media al terzo superiore (in Matematica e Fisica) fin quando è divenuto completamente autonomo.
Naturalmente non tutti gli studenti hanno la stessa volontà di approfondimento, la stessa velocità di apprendimento e di risposta; ritengo che i molti anni di esperienza acquisita mi abbiano insegnato a calibrare le lezioni per incontrare appieno le esigenze di ogni studente e comunque, certamente, offro tutto il mio impegno perché ciò accada.

Throughout my professional life, I have always cultivated a passion for teaching, helping students of all ages overcome their fears and gaps in scientific subjects (especially mathematics, but also physics, chemistry, and other science-related subjects). The approach I believe to be best is to: focus on the desired objective, contextualize the specific topic within the broader framework, approach the subject matter in a "friendly" manner, and consolidate the skills acquired with targeted exercises. The student will then have the opportunity, without rushing, to assimilate the new knowledge and master the subject matter. To achieve the best results, I usually prepare each lesson beforehand, with specific materials and exercises. For this reason, I prefer to know the topic or list of topics to be covered in advance (24 to 36 hours before the lesson). For online lessons, I also use a graphics tablet to give the student a visual, as well as formal, impression of the topic being covered, sometimes incorporating real-life examples to demonstrate the relevance of what is being studied. This approach helped, for example, take a student of mine with DSA from the second year of middle school to the third year of high school (in Mathematics and Physics) until he became completely independent. Of course, not all students have the same desire for depth, learning speed, and responsiveness; I believe that my many years of experience have taught me how to tailor my lessons to fully meet the needs of each student, and I certainly do my utmost to ensure this happens.
