About me

I am a native English speaker, graduate, and UK citizen with a post-graduate diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. As I have spent several years living in Spain, my command of the language is of near native to native speaker level. I also took a TEFLA certificate course in teaching English to as a foreign language thirteen years ago and have since taught youngsters from 6 -12 years of age as part of my 25 hour weekly timetable, the remainder of the classes being with teenagers and adults. I am currently teaching General and Business English to adults, children and companies both face to face and via Skype, virtual classroom and telephone. I have a large portfolio of materials to provide practice in all skills areas - speaking, reading, writing and listening.
