About me

Hi! My name is María, and I’m an Engineering student and a private English and Spanish tutor with over five years of teaching experience. I’m passionate about languages and enjoy helping students of all ages achieve their goals through engaging, practical and personalised lessons. As a native Spanish speaker and a certified C1 English speaker, I tailor every lesson to each student’s needs, whether they want to improve their speaking skills, grammar, pronunciation, prepare for exams, or learn the language for work, travel or personal development. I lived in Brussels for three years, where I attended an English-speaking international school. This experience allowed me to become fluent in English and gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges and rewards of learning a new language. I’m a patient, organised and enthusiastic teacher who believes that the best way to learn a language is by using it from the very first lesson. My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel confident, motivated and enjoy learning while making real progress.
