About me

English teacher with more than two years experience TEFL.

Hello. My name is Maria Power. I am from Ireland and I am a native English speaker. I have a honours undergraduate degree in English and Irish from University College Cork. I have also been teaching English as a foreign language in the north of Spain for the past two years. I taught on an online platform last summer which has given me further experience. I have a passion for teaching and I really enjoy helping people. I have experience teaching students from childhood as far as adulthood. Since moving to Spain, I also have attained a good conversational level of Spanish. Therefore, I am confident that I could help Spanish learners at beginner level.
