السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Peace be upon you all, and may Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon you.
I am your brother Mahmoud, a Qur’an teacher from Egypt with extensive experience in this field.
I began learning the Qur’an at a young age and completed memorizing it by the age of 10. After that, I assisted my teacher in instructing Arab students in Qur’an, Tajweed, and the Arabic language for ten years. Later, I transitioned to teaching non-Arabic-speaking students online from various countries around the world.
I have worked as a teacher at an educational institution specialized in teaching Arabic and the Qur’an. I find great passion in delivering live lessons to students—this is the field I truly love and feel most comfortable in.
Let me share a bit about myself: I graduated from Al-Azhar University, I am 24 years old, and I balance my academic studies with my passion for teaching Arabic and the Qur’an, alongside my personal interests. I enjoy sports like football, swimming, and going to the gym, and I occasionally play video games with friends in my spare time.
If you wish to learn the Qur’an, the first step is to master reading Arabic—and I am here to help you, God willing. I have helped many students learn to read and write Arabic, enabling them to recite the Qur’an correctly and read other Arabic texts beyond the Qur’an.
However, as you may know, proper Qur’anic recitation is not complete with reading alone—it also requires mastering Tajweed. Tajweed is the science that governs how the Qur’an should be recited, as it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It distinguishes Qur’anic recitation from regular reading, and by the grace of Allah, this is an area in which I excel.
The Qur’an is not just for recitation—it is a book of guidance filled with profound meanings and values that we must learn and reflect upon. This is a key part of the lessons I offer. My classes also include Hadith (Prophetic sayings), Islamic supplications, and the fundamentals of Islam, in addition to friendly conversations about various topics related to Arabic language and Islamic culture.
My teaching approach is primarily centered on developing a personalized learning plan for each student based on their individual level.
The main goal is to empower the student to read Arabic fluently and recite the Qur’an correctly. I always strive to maximize the benefit of every lesson and work consistently on improving the student’s skills and progress.
Since I firmly believe that learning should be enjoyable—especially for children—I make it a priority to choose topics that align with each student’s interests. This ensures that the lessons remain engaging, exciting, and without any sense of boredom.
I’m also excited to learn about your interests, and I’d be happy to be your guide on this journey to discover the beauty of the Qur’an and the magic of the Arabic language.
With God’s help, I will ensure that you make steady and noticeable progress.
Don’t hesitate to ask any question or share any concern—no matter how small. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Looking forward to seeing you in the trial lesson! 🤝
