Hello, I'm Daniel and I have more than 8 years helping people to lose weight and reduce measures through the training methodology that I have called Trenofitperu. It consists of personalized High Intensity Training (HIIT) routines that combine functional training exercises, calisthenics and recreational boxing routines. Each routine is tailored to the current capabilities of the student and a training plan is created to outline the results to be achieved in the first month. In addition, the student will be provided with a personalized nutrition plan and ongoing counseling for any questions or concerns.
