Hello! My name is Keshia, and I have over two and a half years of experience teaching English to students from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my teaching journey, I have developed practical skills and techniques that allow me to support students in improving their English confidently and effectively. Based on my experience, I can: • Guide students in speaking confidently: I have helped many learners overcome shyness and speak English fluently in everyday situations, using engaging conversation and role-play exercises. • Improve pronunciation and clarity: I focus on helping students sound natural and understandable by correcting common pronunciation mistakes and teaching rhythm, stress, and intonation. • Expand practical vocabulary: Over the years, I have developed methods to teach words and phrases that students can immediately use in daily life, making communication easier and more natural. • Clarify grammar in context: I explain grammar in a simple and practical way, showing students how to use it correctly in conversation rather than just in theory. • Develop listening comprehension: Through interactive exercises, storytelling, and discussions, I help students understand spoken English in different contexts and accents. • Adapt lessons to individual needs: With experience, I’ve learned to quickly identify each student’s strengths and areas for improvement, tailoring lessons to their level and learning style. • Create a supportive learning environment: I know from experience that confidence is key to language learning, so I focus on encouraging students, celebrating progress, and making lessons enjoyable. My experience has taught me that every student learns differently, and I am skilled at adjusting my approach to ensure they feel motivated, understood, and able to make real progress in English.
