Mas de 1 año haciendo clases con Johan casi todo bien excepto el final. En mi caso, eran clases semanales de 1,5h en packs de 10 clases. + Se ha adaptado a mis horarios. + He mejorado mi ingles. - Repetidos cambios de clases a ultima hora durante el ultimo mes - Al finalizar la penúltima clase y comunicar que quería finalizar las clases, me cambió la ultima clase que ya tenia agendada a 4 semanas mas tarde a su conveniencia, para darla a otro estudiante. No me parece correcto.

Johan me ayudó a preparar el examen TOEFL que necesitaba para ser aceptado en mi intercambio. Necesitaba un 90/120 mínimo para irme a estudiar fuera y mi nivel en aquel momento rondaría los 75/120 y 80/120. Distribuimos el tiempo en 3 semanas en las cuales repartimos las 10 clases, en las que preparamos las 4 pruebas de las que se compone este test y al acabar sentí una mejora brutal. Finalmente conseguí un 99/120, muy por encima de lo que necesita. Muy contento con Johan!

• Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
