About me

Hola! I’m Ion, and I have over six years of experience working as a secondary school English teacher (ESO and Bachillerato). Before that, I taught at a language school with adult learners who needed English for work, official exams, or to improve their overall language proficiency. I also hold a postgraduate qualification in Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE). My teaching experience has helped me understand and adapt to students of all levels, so my methodology varies depending on each student’s goals. As a private tutor, I offer classes for: Secondary and Bachillerato students: Review of content, preparation for official exams (Cambridge, IELTS, university entrance exams), and ongoing support throughout the school year. Adults: Speaking-focused classes to practice and/or overcome fear of using English, as well as preparation for level exams. Spanish for foreigners: Communicative and dynamic lessons for all levels, from beginner to intermediate. Prices vary depending on the level and the student’s needs. Feel free to ask with no obligation!
