J'occupe actuellement le poste d'assistante en mathématiques dans un collège, un poste à travers lequel je fais: - Des Interventions en classe (explication d'une partie du cours, ou gestion de la classe lors des corrections d'exercices) - Aide aux devoirs - Conception d'activités pour les élèves avec mon tuteur. - Correction du contrôle continu. Cette expérience m'a permis d'élaborer une méthodologie de travail qui me facilité la compréhension des difficultés des élèves, les aider à assimiler les notions nécessaires , les pousser à réfléchir et être créatifs et les aider à progresser et performer dans leurs contrôles. Les cours que je présente commencent par une séance d'évaluation du niveau de l'élève concerné, pour ensuite élaborer la méthodologie de travail adéquate. Je préfère que mon cours soit dynamique, ludo-éducatif et différent qu'en classe , c'est pourquoi j'essaye au mieux d'intégrer des outils numériques qui permettent à l'élève de visualiser les notions étudiées et simplifier l'abstraction qui bloque souvent la compréhension et la progression. Je fournis également des fiches de travail qui résument l'essentiel de chaque cours ( parfois des cartes mentales et des outils mnémotechniques ) et ce pour faciliter l'assimilation du cours et éviter de demander à l'élève d'apprendre par coeur. Je peux aussi aider l'élève dans ses devoirs tout en le poussant à réfléchir d'abord car je crois que la science des mathématiques , noble comme elle est, reste très savoureuse quand on sait comment la déguster à travers la réflexion qui pousse les limites de notre créativité et qui nous aide dans la vie quotidienne à résoudre nos problèmes d'une façon bien logique .

This experience allowed me to develop a working methodology that made it easier for me to understand students' difficulties, help them assimilate the necessary concepts, push them to think and be creative and help them progress and perform in their tests.

The courses that I present begin with an assessment session of the level of the student concerned, to then develop the appropriate working methodology.

I prefer my course to be dynamic, edutainment and different than in class, which is why I try as best I can to integrate digital tools which allow the student to visualize the concepts studied and simplify the abstraction which often blocks understanding and progress.

I also provide worksheets which summarize the essentials of each course (sometimes mental maps and mnemonic tools) to facilitate the assimilation of the course and avoid asking the student to learn by heart.

I can also help the student with his homework while pushing him to think first because I believe that the science of mathematics, noble as it is, remains very tasty when we know how to enjoy it through reflection that pushes the limits of our creativity and which helps us in daily life to solve our problems in a very logical way.
