Hello my name is Havishka and I'm from the sunny city of Durban in South Africa. I enjoy interacting with people and learning about places and cultures. My motto is it's better to know a little about everything. My student proficiency level is not specified, as I want to help as many students as possible. I love books and reading, and have a variety of hobbies which include dancing, music, movies, sports and gardening. I also love spending time with my family, friends and dogs. I'm easy going and I want to help my students improve their English and achieve their goals. I believe in making lessons fun and engaging. My students learn to speak with confidence. I'm TEFL certified. I believe that no two students are the same. Therefore I teach each student according to his/ her needs. My lesson style is light and fun and engaging so that the student feels comfortable and will be able to learn. I have found that when students enjoy their lessons, they remember and retain their knowledge. I have previously taught in a Speech and Drama class and worked as a private tutor.
