My experience of teaching English is more than 3 years. All this time I'm learning new teaching methods and developing not only as a teacher but also personally. My students must learn to maintain a conversation on any topic so believe that the key to language proficiency is to speak, speak, speak. I create a lesson environment that encourages fun and interesting conversation and learning. My teaching method focuses on providing a comfortable environment for my students to learn in. I relish the opportunity to teach and I always motivate and encourage my students to improve further. Having taught more than 100 students of many age groups and backgrounds, I understand and accept that lessons need to be taught differently to different people.

During my work, I use different methods and techniques for better understanding and high results of my students. The classes are fully personalized and focused on the individual goal of each student and respecting their personal preferences method, topics, objectives, and content to be learned.

• Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
