Hola a todos, Llevo dando clases con Emma desde Septiembre para prepararme el C1-C2 y la verdad es que no puedo estar más contenta. Es una profesora excelente que siempre te propone nuevos retos y te mantiene 100% motivada. Sus clases son muy divertidas y dinámicas, se pasa la hora volando. Sin darte cuenta vas aprendiendo nuevo vocabulario y ves como tu ingles mejora cada día. Siempre te corrige los errores y te redirecciona de vuelta a la conversación. Recomendaría las clases de Emma con los ojos cerrado ;)

I just got my CPE results and passed with an A. My experience as Emma's student in preparation for the CPE was a very positive one, I felt like not only did she do a great job helping me prepare but also has a very loving way of teaching, supporting you and building you up for the exam, which was perfectly suited for me (I don't respond the best to a tough-love type of teaching haha). I always felt at ease during class and really appreciated Emma's availability and prompt replies outside the classroom to address any questions that would arise particularly near the finish line. In sum, I would wholeheartedly recommend Emma to anyone wanting to prepare for an exam or just uplevel your English skills. Acabo de recibir los resultados de mi CPE y lo he aprobado con A. Mi experiencia como alumna de Emma en la preparación del CPE ha sido muy positiva, he sentido que no sólo ha hecho un gran trabajo ayudándome a prepararme, sino que además tiene una forma cariñosa de enseñar, apoyándote y preparándote para el examen, lo cual he valorado mucho. Emma es una gran profesora, después de pasar por varios profesores por fin creo que he encontrado lo que buscaba. Es muy dinámica, se prepara muy bien las clases y aporta muchísimo. En muchas clases siempre tenia que sacar algún tema de conversación, con Emma esto no pasa ya que es ella la que se prepara el material e incita a que hables sobre algún tema. Sin duda un 10!

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
