Hello! I´m Emilia Rodríguez, a Spanish teacher, graduated from the University of Oviedo in Spain and from the universities of Louisville in KY and Knoxville TN in the United States (master). I have been teaching Spanish as a foreign language for more than 20 years. I have lived and taught both in Spain and in the United States, France, Morocco, Algeria and Central Africa. I love teaching Spanish: language, culture, literature, music, art, history and above all grammar in a practical way as well as conversation. I use drawings, photographs, mind maps, magazines and materials created by me. I like to start with some words (vocabulary) and after learning I move on to small phrases and then dialogues. With the same vocabulary, (example: food) several dialogues are made: in the supermarket, in the restaurant, cooking, going to the dietitian, etc. I also like to ask students what they want to learn and how they like to learn. I am very enthusiastic and passionate and I transmit it to my students.
