Currently certified with a 120 hour TEFL qualification, in my lessons we generally use a laid back conversational approach to lessons. We can custom flow the lesson if this is to the student's needs, or we can follow from books that are an excellent lesson guide and supplement the conversations extremely well. My resources are mainly in PDF form, we can share the screen, make annotations and I can even send you specific pages from the PDF for you to work from as well as assign homework.
