¡Hola, me llamo Carmen! Or… Hi, I’m Carmen! I was born in 1998 in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Málaga, and I've lived there all my life. If you're looking for motivational, fun, personalised and dynamic lessons to learn Spanish or practice speaking Spanish, you're in the right place. I have experience in tutoring adults, teenagers and children in face-to-face lessons from September 2018 to February 2020 and from May 2021 to present I exclusively work online as a Spanish tutor. In July 2021 I finished my Degree in Translation and Interpreting of English and Italian and I have a certificate in teaching Spanish as a foreign language (ELE) from the European University Miguel de Cervantes (UEMC). My lessons are for every need and level so don’t worry if you are not able to say a word in Spanish, in the first lessons we can communicate in your mother tongue (I speak three languages perfectly: Italian, English and French) but I promise you will be willing to use Spanish after our first lesson ;) For those who have a good level of Spanish, these lessons are also for you since I will help you to improve your vocabulary, grammar and cultural knowledge. If you just want to practice speaking Spanish, I must confess that I have some very interesting topics for conversation ;) The materials that we will be using in our lessons will depend on your needs and objectives. I usually use a textbook (I provide it digitally, so you don’t have to pay for it) and materials created by me according to your goals. • Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.
• How do I pay for the lesson?
At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
• Can I modify a booking?
Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
• Where are the lessons held?
The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
