Hello! I'm Brenda and am originally from Canada. I am an ESL teacher with a 150-hour TESOL certificate from Arizona State University. I have taught English online for nearly 2 years, however, I have been a teacher for well over half my life in both dance and the fitness industry! Recently I moved to a country where I am also learning a foreign language, Portuguese! The culture is completely different than Canada and England, where I have also lived. We take so much for granted when communicating and living in our mother tongue. I am very passionate about teaching and helping you achieve your goals in learning English. I can happily adapt to a student's individual needs. I believe as a teacher, I am a guide. My teaching purpose, therefore, is to help guide and inspire students on their journey of learning the English language out of their comfort zone to be the best they can be. My goal is to guide English language learners of all levels to acquire the skills necessary to be able to fly on their own. Success to me will be seeing a student gain confidence and acquire skills to use the English language fluently in the real world. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
