First time online English tutor

well i like to make my lessons interactive, i encourage questions and feedback from students when they do not understand. I am here to learn who you are, what your strengths are and how you best retain information and build my lesson around you as a person and the rest should come as naturally as breathing. i know personally how difficult it is to learn a new language, i myself grew up away from home and had to learn and adapt, so there is a personal element in it for me too. i want my student to not only enjoy their tutoring experience with me but also to have benefitted from it.
