Hello there! I am Alexis. -Graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences -Master in Training and Sports Rehabilitation -ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist I am passionate about the world of physical activity, with a special devotion to everything that surrounds training. Therefore, through this profile I seek to bring knowledge to as many people as I can, mostly to those who are not specialized in the subject, but who for whatever reason want or need to learn about it. My sporting history is reduced to about 10 years of being a futsal goalkeeper, having reached the third division with our team. In addition, I have worked both in the world of sports and outside of it. I think both things make it easier for me to start conversations and deal with people. Will it also translate into greater transmission of knowledge? Come and let's find out. A part from training, health area gets a lot of my attention. I am intrigued to know what factors influence this and how we can, through the world of physical activity, improve our lives, either from the perspective of an already healthy person a person with a pathology.
