About me

I'm a nerdy Yoga Teacher/Therapist, so I'm always investigating the relationship between Yoga Classes and the different Health Conditions existing in the world. I went to a yoga class - the very first time - because of the unmanageable anxiety I had since I was a teen, and that made me irritable sometimes with the corporate jobs I had in the past although I'd always been very punctual, responsible and competent as I was while studying my college career (Journalism and Marketing) and it really transformed my life and changed completely once one of my sisters passed away. So then I decided to become a yoga teacher, then therapist, to share the way I learned this path with you.
