Fui fundadora y directora del estudio Moksha Yoga y actualmente dirijo el proyecto de Wellness Corporativo Inside Yoga desde 2010. Tengo titulación en Vinyasa, Kundalini y Yoga para el Embarazo y la Crianza. Soy Estudiante y practicante de Yoga Iyengar, Advaita Vedanta, Sankhya Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditación, Tantra y Tango.
Descubrí el yoga en el 2007, cuando ya llevaba varios años trabajando en entornos corporativos con grandes niveles de estrés y me sentí inmediatamente fascinada por la energía y la vitalidad que sentía al practicar. Volcada totalmente en la disciplina del yoga y la meditación, dejé mi trabajo como responsable de marketing comercial para completar 3 formaciones de yoga y abrir las puertas del primer Moksha Yoga en Barcelona en 2010.
Fue precisamente en este año cuando atravesé por un embarazo y parto conscientes. Intensa, sensual y profundamente transformadora, esta experiencia me hizo alcanzar una altura emocional, espiritual y física que cambió por completo mi forma de entender el cuerpo femenino, sus necesidades y su enorme potencial expansivo.
En el transcurso de todos estos años, he seguido completado mi experiencia con formaciones en filosofías ortodoxas clásicas del hinduismo (Sankhya y Vedanta), workshops de anatomía experiencial y mindfulness, además de profundizar en la práctica del tantrismo y del tango.
Considero que mis clases son de excelente calidad técnicas, rigurosas y dinámicas y aún así con un gran énfasis en la adaptación, la suavidad, la accesibilidad y la sensibilidad.
