I was born into a family of russian musicians and have been breathing and studying music my whole life. I started playing live professionaly and teaching at 17. Learning guitar can be extremely overwhelming, my biggest priority is to transform this daunting task into a very manageable step by step process, so that my pupils reach their goals with ease and efficiency. I am very demanding but not strict or serious, which means my classes are pleasant even if they push for progress, and all of my students will constantly move forward in their learning. This includes working on mental aspects, facilitating study, and the possibility of playing live in Madrid. As a specialist in classical style, good technique is very important to me, but musicality and expressiveness will always be the primary focus, since those are the true essence of the music that moves us. I also teach modern songs with chords or tabs, and electric guitar. It hurts me that a lot of people give up on their dream of playing guitar because they think it takes a lot of time, hardship and frustration. My calling as a teacher is to prove that with patience, commitment and the right guidance, it doesn't have to be that way. I guarantee that it can be made into a beautiful, fulfilling and satisfying process.
