Hi, I'm Thalía.
I learned German, English, and French from zero, through professional training. So I know the journey from the inside: the frustration of going blank, the freeze right before you speak… and also how good it feels to have your first real conversation.
Today I teach German, English, and Spanish, and my goal is to get you to that moment far sooner than you'd expect.
My background (and what it means for you):
I trained at the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University of Havana and taught German (DaF) for three years, plus English to teenagers in high school. The upside for you? I know exactly which grammar trips people up — and how to explain it in a way that finally clicks.
How I run my lessons:
You speak from day one, even if all you can say is "hello." A language is learned by using it, not memorizing it.
We practice real situations: ordering at a restaurant, a job interview, moving abroad, chatting with friends… whatever you'll actually need.
I correct you without cutting you off: I let you flow and jot down the slips so we review them together, without denting your confidence.
Every session revolves around your goal and your interests (yes, we can use your favorite series or music too).

Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.
Can I modify a booking?
Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
Where are the lessons held?
The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
How do I pay for the lesson?
At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options: - Debit / Credit - Paypal Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
