About me

Graphic Design tutor,16 years experience, specializing in Branding & design thinking.

Hello! I am Souad Karami, and I have been teaching Graphic Design & Visual Communication at university for the past 16 years. I followed up with students from different levels, and worked with them on both lesson oriented projects, and personal ones. I am dynamic and flexible; I try to encourage the student to experiment a lot in order to find their own path and direction. I also like to use a lot of visual examples, and resources to illustrate the lessons. I adapt to each student's needs, and find ways to break down the lesson into more manageable sections. My favorite part of a lesson is when I present the student with a fun engaging project, and see how they try and create solutions for it. I like to encourage students to research and try different concepts before deciding on their final direction. Even though I take learning very seriously, I like to have a fun approach while teaching.
