Ciao! My name is Silvia Quintarelli, I have a degree in languages (English and Spanish) and I'm very passionate about creative writing. At a very young age I started tutoring children and teenagers in various subjects, always receiving positive feedback by improving their grades and skills. I love the Italian language: if you are a native speaker too, I can help you to improve your grammar or writing skills, while if you are a beginner/foreigner I can help you learning from the basics, understanding the language and practice conversation. If, however, you need to improve your English (beginner or scholastic level), give me the opportunity to help you by following you on your path from the basics. It is a language that I have always loved and that I consider essential both for professional growth and for opening up to the world, but I know that at the beginning there are difficulties, especially in speaking due to shyness: with me you will be able to get a lot of conversation practice.

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:

- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?
