Hello! I am Priyanka Mitra, UGC NET qualified former lecturer of a college and two government universities, M.Phil. in English Literature, M.A. and B.A. in English Literature, B.Ed., and GATEHOUSE AWARDS TEFL Certified ESL Instructor. With an extensive experience of more than 12 years I have honed my skills in delivering comprehensive and engaging lessons in both English Language and Literature (graduate and post-graduate levels), Business English and English Communication skills which include reading, writing, speaking, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, etc. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) and M.A. (Master of Arts) English literature of Calcutta University, Rabindra Bharati University and Netaji Shubhas Open University. Additionally, being a GATEHOUSE AWARDS TEFL certified ESL instructor, currently I am associated with a U.S.-based institution where I conduct lessons on EFL and ESL courses through online mode for the past four years. My teaching methods are diverse and student-centered, incorporating discussion, dialogue, debate, critical analysis of texts, and audio-visual representations. I always consider students' adaptability levels and diverse cultural backgrounds, curating lesson plans to cater individual learner's needs. My passion for imparting knowledge in a friendly and interactive atmosphere ensures that the learners achieve their academic or professional objectives.
