I am pleased to introduce myself as a graduate in Psychology from UNED, with a deep passion for helping people achieve their goals and develop emotionally. Throughout my academic career, I have acquired a solid theoretical and practical foundation that supports my commitment to psychological well-being. In addition to my academic training, I have the privilege of teaching psychology classes at UNED, where I apply my experience to facilitate students' learning and growth. My goal is to inspire and guide future psychology professionals, sharing knowledge and offering comprehensive support. Additionally, I have extended my work beyond university teaching, providing emotional intelligence courses to both individuals and companies. These courses aim to strengthen emotional and social skills, promoting a healthy and productive environment both personally and professionally. What gives me most satisfaction in my work is the opportunity to be an agent of positive change in people's lives. I am passionate about contributing to the personal and professional growth of those around me, and I find immense happiness in every achievement made by my students and clients. My teaching method starts with your motivation. We will work together through the whole process of change starting with a motivational interview where you express your goals.
