It is my firm belief that in a multicultural environment such as yours, I can fit most appropriately as I have worked for over sixteen years in five different countries.
I keep my live lessons light. I use simple words laced with appropriate humor. Students feel comfortable enough to open up and no longer remain in doubt. Secondly, I explain the initial steps of any solution and then gently nudge the student to complete the rest of the steps.This method helps.
As far as written lessons are concerned, I attach adequate working notes about assumptions, calculations and suitable references.
I draw a lot from my industry experience and share the same with my students. Concepts learnt in books begin to make sense in real life situation.
Finally, I continuously update my knowledge with the help of on line courses. In particular, I have learnt a lot about advance functions of Excel, Word and Power Point -- data visualization, graphs and charts, Pivot table and more.
