Ciao, sono Monica e vivo a Roma con mio marito e i miei figli. Sono laureata in Scienze Statistiche Demografiche e Sociali e lavoro nel settore delle telecomunicazioni. Scrivo articoli di società e costume per una rivista digitale. La mia passione però è trasmettere agli altri le mie conoscenze, così come ho cercato di fare con i miei figli. Ho sempre pensato che la cosa più importante per imparare una lingua sia immergervisi dentro. Per questo penso di poter essere utile agli stranieri che hanno una conoscenza base di italiano ma vuole perfezionarlo. Possiamo utilizzare il cinema, la letteratura, l’arte, ma anche lo sport, i viaggi e la natura per trovare sempre nuovi e divertenti spunti per le nostre conversazioni. Useremo molto anche le mani perché la gestualità è parte integrante dell’italiano parlato. Capire i gesti che gli altri fanno mentre parlano, aiuta tantissimo la comprensione orale dell’italiano. Prova una lezione e vedi se il mio metodo ti piace.

Hi, I'm Monica and I live in Rome with my husband and children.
I have a degree in Statistics, Demographics, and Social Sciences and work in the telecommunications sector. I write articles on society and lifestyle for a digital magazine.
My passion, however, is to pass on my knowledge to others, just as I have tried to do with my children.
I've always believed that the most important thing in learning a language is immersing yourself in it. That's why I think I can be helpful to foreigners who have a basic knowledge of Italian but want to perfect it.
We can use cinema, literature, art, but also sports, travel, and nature to always find new and fun ideas for our conversations.
We'll also use our hands a lot, because gestures are an integral part of spoken Italian. Understanding the gestures others make while speaking greatly helps our listening comprehension of Italian.
