Hello! My name is Mónica, I'm from Spain and I'm 25 years old. I love to learn foreign languages myself and to teach them, as well to children as to adults. I'm always excited to see the progress my students are making and their enthusiasm for learning a new language.
I studied to become a teacher of foreign languages, and I'm a grammar geek. Therefore, I'll be able to adapt to your needs and answer your questions whether you want to know every detail of the language or you'd rather learn the language without stressing over the norms.
I teach German and Spanish at all levels, and I also give Spanish tutoring for primary and high school.
My teaching is based on linguistic immersion and communication, which means that I'll talk to you in the language you're learning, and you'll learn the language norms by applying them talking, reading and writing.
When I was 18 years old, I went to Germany, where I studied and lived for six years. In-between I also lived in Peru, Costa Rica and Mexico, so that I can tell you a lot about other cultures. Also, if you're interested in studying and/ or working in Germany, I can give you practical tips, help you find the entry requirements to the country, help with your CV and prepare for interviews - and all this not only from a linguistic perspective, but also cultural.
