Soy un docente joven y dinámico. Llevo más de 4 años de dando clases en colegios, siendo tutor e impartiendo asignaturas del ámbito científico-técnico (Matemáticas, Tecnología, Dibujo Técnico, etc). Estoy especializado en alumnos con dificultades de aprendizaje, TDA-H que usualmente necesitan refuerzo educativo. En mis clases particulares metodología es la siguiente: Lo primero que hago es hablar con los padres y el alumno delante de ellos para saber qué es lo que quieren los padres y lo que quiere el alumno. Evidentemente los padres quieran que su hijo/a apruebe pero hay veces que el alumno no está animado, por eso si no tiene ningún tipo de motivación hacia esa asignatura hay que buscarla. Por ejemplo pequeñas recompensas pactadas con los padres. Seguidamente, busco qué es lo que le motiva al alumno, ver el porqué falla en dicha asignatura: falta de interés, no entiende los conceptos, es un poco perezoso/a, etc. Establecemos un horario, requisito básico para organizar el tiempo y saber qué tiene que hacer cada día, marcando así una rutina de trabajo. Y por último práctica, práctica y práctica de ejercicios en clase. Finalizada la clase, le dejo deberes, que según el horario que hemos fijado previamente, le ayudarán a reforzar lo aprendido. A la siguiente sesión, me entregará los deberes y entre ellos habrá: ejercicios que habrá hecho bien, otros mal y otros que no los haya intentado por ver que eran complicados. Entonces, identificamos los errores, los subsanamos y me fijo en los que no ha hecho, pues son los que me dicen realmente cómo va y de qué "pié cojea". El esfuerzo y trabajo, por tanto, lo realiza el alumno, yo me limito a aclarar conceptos y darle pautas para la resolución de sus problemas.
