Hello everyone! My name is Mia Weng. I'm from Guangdong Province, China, and my native language is Chinese. I graduated with a full-time bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. I speak Chinese, Cantonese, English, and Hokkien. I have over two years of experience teaching Chinese, both in Mandarin and Cantonese, and have taught over 500 Chinese classes, making me a wealth of teaching experience. My students come from all over the world, and I've taught both adults and children. Most of my students describe me as enthusiastic, friendly, and patient. In my classes, Chinese is the primary language of instruction, supplemented by other languages, allowing students to immerse themselves in Chinese and practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I can teach HSK levels 1-6, adult Chinese, children's Chinese, practical Chinese, business Chinese, travel Chinese, Freetalk, and more. If you're a complete beginner, taking 20 lessons with me will teach you pinyin, greetings, basic self-introductions, and 50 to 100 new words. Taking 50 lessons with me will teach you basic daily expressions and 100 to 150 new words. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced learner, whether you want to live, work, study, or travel in China, learn Chinese songs and idioms, or simply learn about Chinese culture, I will work with you to set specific learning goals and improve your Chinese proficiency. The specific class schedule will be determined based on your learning goals. In my classes, I will tailor a learning method to suit your needs.
